Video doesn't play

Solution There are a few reasons why video might not play correctly:
  1. Javascript is disabled or Adobe Flash Player is not installed or needs to be updated
Eurocreme.tv requires that Javascript be enabled in order to display the video player, and for other site functionality. Please consult your browser documentation for information on how to enable Javascript. Adobe Flash Player version 10 or over is required for videos to play correctly. Please visit www.adobe.com/flashplayer to upgrade or install.
  2. Your connection speed is too low
Eurocreme.tv requires a connection speed of at least 500Kb/s, and we strongly recommend 1Mb/s or over. Please consult your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to find your current connection speed, bearing in mind that some ISPs will throttle your connection speed during peak times, during which time your connection speed may be substantially lower than listed. You can test your actual connection speed at any time by visiting www.speedtest.net
  3. Your firewall is blocking the port Adobe Flash Player uses to stream video
Please unblock port 1935 for both incoming and outgoing connections. Please consult your firewall documentation for more information.
